Racial Ethnic Scholarship 2012

There are three options for completing the 2012 scholarship application form …

•Print the PDF version of the scholarship form on this Web site by clicking HERE. Fill it out and mail it to the synod office by the deadline of September 30, 2012.

•Open the Word version of the scholarship form on this Web site by clicking HERE. Save a copy and fill it out on your computer. Use your mouse or tab key to move through the form. Put an “X” in a box by clicking on it. A second click will erase the “X.” For entering text, place your cursor in the gray boxes and begin typing. Email your completed form as an attachment to mkes@lakesandprairies.org. Or print out your completed application and mail it to the synod office by the deadline of September 30, 2012.

•Complete the application form that you received in the mail, or call Elona Street-Stewart at 800-328-1880, Ext. 204, or Mary Kes, Ext. 202, to have a form sent to you.
