Racial Ethnic Scholarship 2007

There are three options for completing the 2007 scholarship application form …

• Print the pdf version of the scholarship form on this Web site by clicking HERE. Fill it out and mail it to the synod office by the deadline of September 28, 2007.

• Open the Word version of the scholarship form on this Web site by clicking HERE. Save a copy and fill it out on your computer. Email your completed form as an attachment to mtaaffe@lakesandprairies.org address. Or print out your completed application and mail it to the synod office by the deadline of September 28, 2007. Use your mouse or tab key to move through the form. Put an “X” in a box by clicking on it. A second click will erase the “X.”
